Back to Good Again

Start over on Monday…

…and everything will turn out just the way she planned.

Curious: my boss is wearing a velour sweatsuit today.  WEIRD.

Question: Have you ever really listened to the words of Y.M.C.A. by The Village People? I never have, until today, when it was on the radio, and for some reason, I listened to the whole thing (comma comma comma). And it left me wondering, why are these guys encouraging young men to go the Y.M.C.A. to take a shower and get a hot meal? Homeless people don’t have radios or record players… who are they talking to? I found the disturbing answer on Wikipedia.

Random: My weekend was fairly unproductive.  I cleaned my room, did laundry, went grocery shopping with both Satan and K (separately, ugh), made an ass of myself, made quite a bit of progress with Super Mario 64, and watched a random lifetime movie that was actually pretty good- mostly because it starred the uberwonderful John Corbett.  I heart me some John Corbett.

HouseBlogkeeping: I changed my email address to a gmail account.  Seems like all the cool kids are using gmail nowadays.  So don’t be surprised if you start getting emails from cloudsandskyscrapers at gmail dot com.  If anyone knows what Clouds and Skyscrapers is, depending on gender, I will either marry you on the spot or we will immediately become BFFs.  Seriously.

Happy Monday!
